3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellations prevent future renewals, but your current plan will remain active until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Due to the digital and membership-based nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable once payment is processed.

By purchasing a Glow Management membership, you acknowledge that:

Under EU law, once digital content access begins, your right to withdraw or request a refund is waived.

6. Renewal Policy
All subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless cancelled in advance.
You will receive reminders near your renewal date (where supported by Wix Payments).
Once a renewal payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, but you may cancel to prevent the next renewal.
7. Modifications to Membership Plans
Glow Management reserves the right to modify plan benefits, pricing, or features from time to time to improve service quality.
Any major changes will be communicated in advance via email or through your member dashboard.
