4. Subscription Plans

Glow Management offers paid membership plans, including Glow Standard, Glow Plus, and Glow Premium.

4.1 Payments

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT (where applicable).

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.

• By subscribing, you authorise Glow Management to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (annual) unless cancelled.

4.2 Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

• Members may cancel at any time via their account dashboard or by emailing partnerships@glowmanagement.eu.

• Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not entitle members to a refund for the current subscription term.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access to member-only content, refunds are not provided once a plan is activated.
Exceptions may be made in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, assessed at Glow Management’s discretion.

5. Member Benefits

Depending on your selected plan, benefits may include:

• Harass or abuse other members or brand partners

Glow Management reserves the right to suspend or remove members engaging in behaviour that breaches these rules or damages our brand reputation.

8. Brand Collaborations and PR Opportunities

Glow Management facilitates connections between creators and brands but does not guarantee paid partnerships, collaborations, or event invitations.
We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for third-party communications, deliverables, or payment disputes between creators and brands.

Members engaging in paid collaborations must adhere to:

• Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) influencer guidelines

• Disclosure requirements (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored when applicable)

Failure to comply may result in suspension from Glow Management opportunities.

9. Digital Products and E-Books

All digital resources provided (including e-books, guides, templates, and feedback PDFs) are for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised publication is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Glow Management shall not be held liable for:

• Any loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from use of our services

• Third-party actions, platform outages, or external event cancellations

• User misuse or failure to comply with these Terms

Our total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the member during the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow Management and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon termination, your access to member areas and benefits will end immediately.
